Dear Customer,

Over 25 years ago, I started a career selling corporate real estate and relocation services to the Fortune 500/1000 companies across America. These services were developed as a result of the demand from corporate America to meet the ever growing needs of their employee population. These services have helped thousands of corporate individuals and families transition in relocating from one location to the next. They are provided by service minded individuals who are expert at managing life events for other people

Until now these services have been available only to employees of large corporations and have been performed at a cost to the company or employee. Now I am making these same services available to companies and employees at no cost. Those not fortunate to take advantage of the professional employee benefits offered previously to corporate executives can now do so.

I have expanded the services to include in-home services. To find qualified and reliable professionals has always been a hit or miss proposition. Now you have the available resources for any home project and are able to make informed decisions about the entire process.
Source Point Management was created with three goals in mind. Saving individuals and families Time, Money and Stress….

Time
I want to save an individual and family the time they would have to spend on managing the process of buying a house, selling a house, securing the mortgage and moving their household goods from the old location to the new. No longer would you have to spend hours in researching a contractor for a home project. You will be educated on products in order to make a sound decision that fits within your taste and budget.

Money
I want to reward the individual and family by giving them money back for making wise vendor decisions in the process. I want to save them money by giving them choices of vendors that participate in a partnership with Source Point Management. In some instances you cut out the middle man on a project.

Stress
Offer a Home Benefits Consultant at no cost and no obligation to manage the vendors and the complex process of moving so that the stress that is created during a move is dramatically reduced.

A fourth benefit is to provide a menu of preferred vendors offering different services to ease the search process for goods and services that are needed before, during or after a move.
